This is an image of a small startup working in a communal WeWork in New York.

These people would most likely fall under the 'millennial' category, they are driven and determined and will post 'Rise and Grind' every morning. The people captured in this image are most likely college students are recent graduates that have sensed the allure of creating a company from scratch. These people are/were in search

I feel that I share the drive and the passion to make an impact with the people depicted in the images. Many of the people in the photo, I feel like I share much in common with because for my company, I have spent much time in communal work spaces as well as the allure of bootstrapping a company until it has some source of revenue. The reason why I have an interest in creating a communal work space for college students at the University of Florida is because I see the need for it, as my company could benefit from a service like this as well.

  1. Collin,
Honing down your target audience really helped me understand your business model. Is the group of college students who need office space at UF a big enough demographic to support the business? I think your personal experience with this customer need will help you produce the best service possible. You can ask yourself as a potential customer how you must incentivize your space.

    1. I really enjoy the fact that you chose an actual photo instead of creating an avatar. It definitely makes the customer more relatable to you and to the people you're presenting to. I like that you relate to these people on a work ethic level instead of just the things you like to do. This need in general is really something that is relatable to a lot of people, and the fact that you used real people to showcase this and make it even more relatable.

  2. Hey Collin,

I liked that you chose to use an actual photo of what your customers would look like, it certainly makes it more relatable than a a drawn avatar. It makes sense that you have a lot in common with them given your experience and business idea.

    Great post!
