Final Reflection


  1. Experiences since the beginning
    1. Since starting this class, my company had changed names, employed and fired multiple people, displayed at the US's biggest EdTec Convention in Orlando and brought on our first investor. 
  2. What will you remember years later
    1. I will never forget the experience and especially that this was the first year that my company really started to get a foothold in the market as well as developing a team behind the product. 
  3. Do I consider myself to be an entrepreneur
    1. Yes, last year I had idealized myself to be an entrepreneur, however, since my product was not tangible until this year. I have fully become the entrepreneur I aspire to be as well as being 'delusionally optimistic' which many of my other founder friends and I share. 
  4. Recommendation 
    1. A recommendation that I have to any aspiring entrepreneur is to never underestimate the power of connections and networking. At first I was always afraid to talk to people regarding my product, but have learned (with the few exceptions) most people are willing to help

    That's great to hear about your company being displayed at EdTec convention in Orlando and gaining your first investor. It seems like you're on the right path and further ahead than many others in the class. I'm so excited for you and your business.     Hey Collin, this is a great final post. I'm impressed by all the things you and your company went throughout the time. You seem to be way ahead of the curve about becoming an entrepreneur and I'm glad to hear that you feel like you've become one over time. I hope you and your company becomes more and more success, so you can share your success with others like many entrepreneurs before you.

Either they outright ban the use of personal devices like phones or computer, or they allow the students to run rampant, and the students get nothing done in class because they get distracted.
