    1. Related to one of the previous posts, I believe I am blessed with the vision of imagining products and how they would fit in society before they're even invented. My main goal in my aspirations of being an entrepreneur are to create an impact on the schooling/education system to be beneficial with the prominence of personal smartphones. This business, which has already been started, takes up the majority of my time and dedication and I plan to run forward full-time in the near future or after getting my degree
  2. What are you offering to customers
    1. My company offers a cost reduction service as well as the creation of a secure testing and classroom environment, by incorporating the use of student's personal devices that they already bring with them to school. Many schools with one-to-one computers, spend at the bare minimum of 70,000$ annually just to maintain their fleet of student-used computers (Expecting a generous 5 year lifespan of communal computers) 
  3. Who are you offering it to?
    1. We offer our services primarily to school administrators who are looking to save money on physical technologies and appear forward thinking by ditching the ways of the past that shunned the use of personal devices in the classroom. We also offer our service to teachers who take it upon themselves to seek out an alternative to let students use their phones in their class in a productive and secure manner
  4. Why do they care
    1. Administrators care about our product because they are able to redirect funds being wasted on outdated technology towards more forward thinking initiatives like STEM or arts based academies. 
  5. What are your core competencies  
    1. I believe what sets me apart from everyone else is my determiniation. I have been working on this product for 2 years and have rarely ever even considered about stopping. I truly enjoy what I am doing with my company and the people I interact with and sell our product to.

    Collin,
    It is really cool that you have been working on your product for two years! That demonstrates great commitment to your product and business model. While Academia is on the cutting edge of some developments in technology, I would agree that this often doesn't apply to the allocation of resources. I have definitely witnessed situations that I believe could be improved, like the scenario you present.

Either they outright ban the use of personal devices like phones or computer, or they allow the students to run rampant, and the students get nothing done in class because they get distracted.
